What to bring for your beekeeping experience
👕Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes, suitable for the weather conditions on the day and walking across fields. We strongly recommend wellies or ankle high hiking boots.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the beekeeping experience last?
Our beekeeping experience lasts around 4-5 hours.
We aim to start the beekeeping experience at the farm at 10:30am and finish at 3pm.
If you're getting picked up and dropped off, then we ask to meet at the collection point at 10am.
Where is the pickup and drop off location?
Our pickup location is situated outside the Bath Abbey Hotel in the centre of Bath. This is a short 5 minute walk from Bath Spa train station.
We ask customers to arrive at the pickup location by 9:45am to ensure we leave for the Farm by 10am.
What do I need to bring with me on the day?
Beekeeping is an outdoor experience, therefore we strongly recommend you check the weather in advance and wear appropriate clothes.
As we'll be walking through fields we suggest wellies or high ankle boots to prevent injury.
How big are the groups?
We have a maximum of 10 people per group. This is to ensure everyone gets to experience opening up and investigating their own beehive.
